How To Change the Name Servers of My Domain

The name servers of a domain are its key DNS controller. Knowing the current name servers of your domain will tell you where you can manage the DNS records.
Follow these steps to know how you can access the name server section of your domain and how you can make your changes.
IMPORTANT : This guide is only applicable if your domain is registered with Brainbox IT.
1. Log in to your Account Manager.
2. Click on Domains from the top menu. Then find and open the domain name you want to manage.
3. On the domain page, scroll down to the Name Servers section.
4. Hover the mouse over the existing name servers. The option to modify will appear on the right side. Clicking on it will activate edition.

5. Make the necessary changes:
▪ Replace or delete the existing name servers
▪ Click + Add Name Server to add more name server fields
6. Click the Update button to save the new settings.
IMPORTANT: If Brainbox IT is your web hosting provider and you want to point your domain name servers to us, please update your name servers of your domain to the following ns records:
