Access Your Domain

To manage your domain with Brainbox IT, you need to access it in your account manager.
Here's how you can do it:
1. Log in to your Account Manager.
2. Click on the Domains section located at the top-menu, then click the domain name that you want to access.
On the domain page, you can find the following sections:
◦ Domain Name
◦ Name Servers
◦ DNS Settings
◦ Administration
Domain Name
In the domain name section, you can find the following key components and settings:
◦ Registry Key or Domain Password: This option available in the burger-menu (three horizontal lines) at the right side. See below:
◦ Domain billing details
◦ Domain Lock
◦ Domain Privacy
◦ Auto Renew status: On / Off
◦ Private Tech status (if available for your domain): On / Off
◦ Directory Listing Status: Published / Disable
Name Servers
In the next section, you can find the name servers. Here, you can do the following actions:
◦ Add, remove, or modify a name server: This option available in the burger-menu (three horizontal lines) at the right side.
◦ Add, remove, or modify a host record or glue record
◦ Park your domain with Brainbox IT default pages
DNS Settings
The DNS Settings section is where you can manage the following settings and configurations:
◦ DNS Records
◦ Web Forwarding (Only Available for Premium DNS)
◦ Email Forwarding (Only Available for Premium DNS)
Administration
Manage the domain registrant details and other domain contacts in the Administration section.
